The story of Krein Properties & Development began in 1970, when Bob Krein started laying bricks in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 1982, the Krein family moved to Arkansas and began investing not only in property, but in the communities they were proud to call home. Bob’s son, Jim, grew up in the business and spent his life learning every side of it. In 2000, he took the next step, turning the family’s work into a full-time venture. Two years later, Judy Kay joined him, helping the business grow and shaping it into the company it is today.
